Order cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation charge, as per our Terms & Conditions of Sales and Delivery.

Goods sold are not returnable unless proven faulty. If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Ex-stock items are typically dispatched within 3 working days. We hold 15,000+ line items in stock, so most orders ship fast.

Orders below S$500 are under self-collection terms — otherwise a delivery charge of S$60 per trip applies. Orders above S$500 are delivered as quoted.

Yes, with a minimum order of S$1,000 for these "restricted access" areas (shipyards, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, Fishery Port, PSA, Changi Cargo, Pulau Brani, Pulau Ubin and construction sites). Below that, a S$120 per-trip charge applies.

Yes — collection is at 1783 Geylang Bahru #01-02, Kallang Distripark, Singapore 339708 (strictly for collection only). We will notify you when your order is ready.

Yes. Silver members enjoy free delivery for orders above S$500, Gold members above S$200, and Diamond members enjoy free delivery services with no minimum.

Yes. We are experienced in preparing export documentation for global shipments — tell us your destination when requesting a quote.

Payment is Cash on Delivery, or 30 days net upon written agreement. MyRewards Gold members enjoy credit terms up to 30 days and Diamond members up to 60 days.

Our prices are ex works, Singapore. Delivery charges are quoted separately depending on your order value and location.
