Request a quoteTest Couplings are ports that measuring equipment can be plugged in to monitor and ensure the smooth functioning and operating safety of systems.
They are also used for monitoring and control of pressure, venting and sampling in high and low pressure systems.
The working pressure of stauff test couplings can withstand up to 9135 psi or 630 bar.
There are three common sealing types with different seal materials which are NBR, FKM and EPDM.
Stauff test coupling is used to monitor and control pressure. It usually applies in high and low pressure systems.
The body of the test coupling is made up of carbon steel and stainless steel SS316. The ball material is stainless steel.
Test coupling has reliable and safe sealing of the connection without any risks of leakage or fluid escaping from the system.
The working temperature range for NBR, FKM and EPDM are from -20°C to 100°C, -20°C to 200°C and -40°C to 150°C respectively.
