Request a quote1 PC ball valve is a reduced bore type ball valve that is used to start or stop the flow of a pipeline system. It is designed with a quarter turn handle to turn the ball in 90 degrees, either in open position or close position. The locking mechanism on the handle is to lock the handle when the valve is in open position or close position.
Reduced bore type ball valve is a valve where the bore size is smaller than the internal diameter of the pipework which it is installed on. It is available in stainless steel SS316 material and comes with PTFE seat. It is made in one body part, which leads to cost effectiveness and reduced leakage paths.

A 1 PC ball valve has its body and end connections machined from a single piece of material. With fewer joints it is compact and highly leak-resistant, and it uses a quarter-turn (90°) ball to open or shut off flow.
From 1/4" to 4" (DN8 – DN100), covering most small-bore isolation applications.
The body is stainless steel SS316 for corrosion resistance, with PTFE seats and seals that give a bubble-tight shut-off.
Rated to 1000 psi, with a working temperature of roughly -29°C to +150°C. Actual limits vary with size and seat material.
1 PC ball valves are reduced bore — the ball’s opening is smaller than the pipe’s inside diameter. This keeps them compact and economical but slightly restricts flow; choose a full-bore valve where minimal pressure drop is essential.
Threaded ends, typically BSPP or NPT. The valve and the pipe must use the same thread standard.
On/off isolation rather than throttling — suitable for oil, gas, water, compressed air, steam and general utility lines.
