A 3 way ball valve is a ball valve with 3 ports, installed where fluid must flow in a certain direction. It is a full bore ball valve with 3 directional markings at the top of the valve body; the handle is rotated according to the marking to decide which port opens or closes.
This T-Port type 3 way ball valve allows fluid to flow to or from different directions. For example, when the marking faces all three ports, fluid may flow from the centre port to both the right and left ports, depending on the inlet and outlet ports of the pipeline; it can also function as an L-Port. For the T-Port valve, any port can be the inlet or outlet, depending on the pipework requirement. It is available in stainless steel SS316 with a PTFE seat.
